SUBSTANCE: invention relates to scheduling request. For this purpose, provision is made for determining presence of a first resource scheduling configuration corresponding to a first logical channel, in accordance with the first indication information, when the first logical channel of the terminal has data to be transmitted, and a first SR scheduling request is initiated, where the first indication information includes a first mapping relationship which indicates a correspondence between the logical channel of the terminal and the resource scheduling configuration, and the first resource scheduling configuration includes a first uplink control channel resource corresponding to the first logical channel, and transmitting the first SR to the network access device in the first uplink control channel resource when the first logical channel has a corresponding first resource scheduling configuration.
EFFECT: achieved is satisfaction of scheduling requirements of ultra-reliable communication service with low delay URLLC.
