SUBSTANCE: invention relates to communication. To this end, a method of configuring a scheduling request includes: receiving, by the user equipment (UE), a control signaling signal transmitted by the network device, wherein the control signaling is used to configure, for the UE, the SR configuration associated with the at least one logical channel, and at least two SR resource configurations associated with the SR configuration, and SR resource configurations indicate physical resources used to transmit SR associated with at least one logical channel; and transmission, using UE based on physical resource specified in at least one of two resource configurations SR, SR associated with one at least one logical channel.

EFFECT: technical result is creation of a mechanism for allocation to UE logical channel of such uplink grant, which will meet requirement to QoS logical channel.
