FIELD: biotechnology and microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and microbiology. A method is proposed for primary seeding during microbiological examination in patients with pathology of the cervix, including the sampling of cervical tissue 2×2 mm, which is homogenized in 1 ml of liquid Ames transport medium, the homogenate in a volume of 200 μl is seeded on 6 dense nutrient media: brucella agar with 10 % defibrinated sheep blood, universal chromogenic medium, lactobacillus isolation agar, bifidobacteria isolation agar, anaerobic agar, Sabouraud chloramphenicol agar; then the dishes are incubated with Sabouraud's medium under aerobic conditions at 28°C and the rest of the dishes under anaerobic conditions at 37°C for 7 days.
EFFECT: invention provides improved diagnosis of infectious complications in patients by obtaining the maximum number of opportunistic microorganisms in the initial seeding of the biopsy.
