FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agriculture and can be used to produce a bioorganic agent as a fertiliser from humus-containing substrates. Bioorganic agent as a humic fertiliser constitutes a vermicompost extract. To produce the claimed vermicompost extract, raw materials extracted from manure slurry and a straw-based nesting material from calf barns with added silage or fresh-cut grass are used as raw materials. The above components are mixed into a homogeneous mixture, the mixture is treated with air in order to remove ammonia and dispersed using a cavitator until an even homogeneous mixture is produced with a particle size of no more than 5 to 6 mm. The prepared mixture is directed to a filter press, wherein the pressing process is continued until cake is produced with a dry solids fraction of at least 45 to 50%. The resulting cake is directed for grinding followed by sanitation executed on an on-line three-level infrared dryer. The prepared and heated mass is directed to mobile composters for 2 to 3 hours, then cooled with purified air to a temperature of 38 to 44 °C, and a universal integrated bacterial culture is added, resulting in the composting process continuing for 7 to 19 days. The resulting compost substrate is directed to on-line vermireactors and therein processed by Eisenia fetida worms, followed by directing the resulting vermicompost to the extract production site. The extraction process is executed by means of air-water extraction, including mixing distilled water produced according to the ECA technology, saturated with products of cathodic electrochemical reactions, and said vermicompost with a moisture content of 60 to 68%, processing the resulting mixture on an apparatus of a rotary pulsation unit type at a vermicompost:water ratio of 1:10 for 30 to 40 min, directing the resulting mixture to an extractor, extracting therein for 70 to 80 h at a temperature of 38 to 50 °C, and filtering resulting in a vermicompost extract.
EFFECT: production of a biostimulator of plant growth and development from humus-containing substances with higher activity with the preservation of the most valuable organic acids — humic and fulvic acids.
