FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: method for the production of a humic fertilizer includes mixing of slurry and bedding material based on straw from calf houses with silage or freshly mown grass in amount of 5-10% of the total volume of the mixture. Next, the method provides for grinding of the resulting mixture, aeration with air during 40-60 min, supply to a dispersant, pressing on a filter press to obtain press-cake with a dry matter fraction of at least 45%. The resulting press-cake is ground and subjected to sanitation by processing on a three-level infrared dryer. Prepared and heated mass is directed to closed-type punches, where it is kept during 2-3 h, then cooled to a temperature of 38-44°C, a complex bacterial culture is added, and a composting process is carried out from 7 to 14 days. The resulting compost is checked for coli titer, and then is directed to flow vermireactors. After processing lower layers, the lower layer is cut out and dumped in a transport system, which has heating elements located under a conveyor belt. The resulting vermicompost with a moisture content of about 80% is subjected to drying and storing to a moisture content of 66-68%.

EFFECT: obtaining a biostimulator of plant growth and development of higher activity with preservation of valuable organic acids – humic and fulvic, without the use of inorganic acids and alkalis.
