SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy and can be used at thermal power plants. A thermal power plant is proposed, containing a steam boiler, a main steam pipeline, a steam turbine with a condenser, an electric generator, a condensate pump, a feed tank, a feed pump, a gas duct for removing the exhaust combustion products of the steam boiler into the atmosphere, a circulating water supply system, including a circulation pump, a pressure pipeline to steam turbine condenser, discharge pressure pipeline to the natural draft cooling tower, consisting of a catchment basin and an exhaust tower, in which a water trap, a water distribution device and a sprinkler are installed, while the exhaust tower of the natural draft cooling tower is additionally equipped with a rigidly fastened annular gas distribution manifold connected to the gas duct removal of the outgoing combustion products of the steam boiler, and a casing of circular cross section, forming, together with the wall of the exhaust tower of the cooling tower with natural draft, a wall channel of the annular cross section, while the annular gas distribution column the lecturer is located after the water trap in the direction of moist air movement, and in its upper part there are evenly spaced rectangular holes for supplying the outgoing combustion products of the steam boiler into the annular wall channel and their discharge into the atmosphere.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency and reliability of a thermal power plant.
