SUBSTANCE: invention relates to energy and can be used in thermal power plants. A combined-cycle plant of a power plant is proposed, containing a gas turbine plant consisting of a gas turbine, a turbocharger, a combustion chamber and an electric generator, a waste heat boiler, a steam turbine plant consisting of a steam turbine with a condenser, an electric generator and a feed pump, a heat exchanger - a waste gas heat recovery unit equipped with a condensate collector with a water seal, a circulating water supply system, including a circulation pump, a pressure pipeline to the steam turbine condenser, a pressure pipeline to the heat exchanger - exhaust gas heat recovery system and a discharge pressure pipeline to the cooling tower, consisting of an exhaust tower and a water collection basin, a water pipe made of stainless steel, connecting the inlet air duct of the turbocharger of the gas turbine plant with the discharge pipe of the pump by means of a water distribution manifold, for supplying water vapor condensate from the reservoir tank, which is released from the gas-vapor mixture during its cooling below the dew point in in the heat exchanger - exhaust gas heat utilizer, into the flow of air moving in the inlet air duct of the turbocharger, while the injection of water vapor condensate into the inlet air duct in the amount of 0.01-0.015 kg per 1 kg of air supplied to the turbocharger is carried out by means of nozzles connected to the water distribution manifold.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the combined cycle plant of the power plant.
