SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in thermal power plants. A combined-cycle plant of a power plant is proposed, containing a gas turbine plant, consisting of a gas turbine, a turbocompressor, a combustion chamber and an electric generator, a waste heat boiler, a steam turbine plant consisting of a steam turbine with a condenser, an electric generator and a feed pump, a heat exchanger - a waste gas heat recovery unit equipped with a condensate collector with a hydraulic seal, a circulating water supply system, including a circulation pump, a pressure pipeline to the steam turbine condenser, a pipeline for supplying circulation water to a waste gas heat exchanger and a discharge pressure pipeline to a cooling tower, consisting of an exhaust tower and a catchment basin, a demineralized water tank, a pressure water pipe made of stainless steel and connecting the pump discharge pipe with a water distribution manifold, an inlet air duct of a turbocharger, nozzles attached to a water distribution manifold. At the same time, the combined-cycle plant of the power plant is additionally equipped with a flow controller for demineralized water supplied from the tank-reservoir by a pump through a pressure water pipeline made of stainless steel to the inlet air duct of the turbocompressor of the gas turbine plant, connected to an air flow sensor in the turbocompressor of the gas turbine plant and a regulating body installed on the pressure water pipeline made of stainless steel before the pump for supplying demineralized water to the inlet air duct of the turbocharger of a gas turbine plant.
EFFECT: increase of efficiency of the combined cycle unit of a power plant.
