FIELD: railway tunnels protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for protecting a railway tunnel by erecting a special protective device and is intended to prevent a contact explosion and weaken an air shock wave from the impact of enemy cruise missiles during combat operations, to ensure the safety of structures and ensure the uninterrupted movement of railway transport. The vertical initiating screen includes a gate leaf in the form of a truss filled with steel sheets, fixed at four points on the posts. As a gate leaf in the form of a truss filled with steel sheets, two doors from a used decommissioned tank from a railway tank were used, on which dynamic protection containers are fixed, equipped with an automatic closing-opening drive. The wings rest on three racks made of rolled profiles from the frames of a railway tank, installed on reinforced concrete foundations.
EFFECT: creation of a simplified tunnel protection structure, which significantly increases its security, reduces labor costs for construction through the use of decommissioned railway tanks that were in use.
