SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a monosubstituted or disubstituted sodium salt of the HAEE peptide, where HAEE is a synthetic peptide, acetylated at the N-terminus and amidated at the C-terminus, with the amino acid sequence His-Ala-Glu-Glu. The present invention also relates to a method for producing sodium salts of the HAEE peptide (variants), to pharmaceutical compositions based on sodium salts of the HAEE peptide and the use of sodium salts of the HAEE peptide for the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases.
