The valve has an adjusting unit for adjustment of preloading of the valve spring, which has a motor drive and a control unit connected to the motor drive for control of the motor drive, as well as at least one sensor connected to the control unit. The control unit is made with the possibility of adjustment of spring preloading depending on at least one sensor reading.
