SUBSTANCE: orthopedic articular device includes an upper part and a lower part hinged around the axis of rotation on the upper part, a locking device with a controlled flexion moment located between the upper part and the lower part, which blocks the flexion and, when the specified flexion moment is exceeded, releases the flexion. The locking device is matched with the setting element connected to the delay element, which provides a time delay for the activation of the setting element.
EFFECT: invention provides wide applicability also for patients who can only apply a slight flexion moment.
