FIELD: testing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to toxicity biotesting of natural water, wastewater, aqueous solutions, and aqueous extracts from waste. Disclosed is a method for exposing test organisms during biotesting of aquatic media, implemented on samples placed in translucent containers and arranged in a circumference in a rotating cassette installed at an angle in a climatic chamber, wherein the sample containers are loaded into the cassette, and the rotation speed of the cassette for test organisms algae Chlorella vulgaris is 40 to 50 rpm, algae Dunaliella tertiolecta 25 to 30 rpm, crustaceans Artemia salina L. 12 to 14 rpm, ceriodaphnia Ceriodaphnia affinis 12 to 14 rpm, daphnia Daphnia magna 12 to 14 rpm, duckweed Lemna minor L. 10 to 12 rpm, and the exposure time depends on the species of the test organism.
EFFECT: expanded functional capabilities of the method for exposing test organisms during biotesting of aquatic media.
