FIELD: spraying.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for atomising liquids. The technical result is achieved by a method for atomising liquids, consisting in splitting the liquid flow in two, subsequently colliding said flows and releasing the resulting flow through the nozzle hole. The separated flows herein are collided along a single axis. Prior to the counter-axial collision, said separated flows pass through stabilisation sections provided by the length of the arc-shaped cavity exceeding the length of the rectangular hole. The fluid flow pressure is brought to 3–10 atm. The resulting flow is output through the hole normal to the collision plane.
EFFECT: higher degree of dispersion of the atomised medium.
