FIELD: water and air purification technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wet dust collecting equipment. Aerial effluents gas and dust acoustic cleaning system containing housing, which is installed horizontally and having the cylindrical form with contact zone with length of lcz in the central part, on the left of which, serially along the housing axis, at least two nozzles are installed, and in the housing right part, after the contact zone with length of lcz, drip trap with the drain in the housing lower part is installed, wherein to each nozzle the compressed air branch pipes are brought in and water branch pipes with shut-off and control valves, connecting the branch pipes with manifolds located in water and compressed air supply pipelines, respectively, wherein each of the manifolds is equipped with pressure gauges to control the water and compressed air pressures, irrigation device is made in the form of acoustic nozzles, each of which contains a cylindrical hollow housing with the nozzle and central core, housing is made with fluid supply channel and contains coaxial, rigidly connected to it bushing, with a nozzle fixed in its lower part, made in the form of a cylindrical two-stage bushing, which upper cylindrical stage is connected coaxial with it central cylindrical core by means of threaded connection, having a central hole and installed with annular gap relative to cylindrical bushing inner surface, wherein the annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the bushing inner surface and the upper cylindrical stage outer surface, wherein annular cavity is connected with housing fluid supply channel to the central core, in its lower part, diffuser is rigidly connected, made in the form of truncated cone coaxial with the central hole of the core and by its upper base is attached to the central core cylinder base, and splitter is attached to truncated cone lower base by means of at least three pins and made in form of round end plate which edges are bent towards annular gap, and on the truncated cone outer side surface there are helical grooves, characterized in that in the divider, which is attached to the truncated cone lower base, by means of at least three spokes, and is made in the form of end circular plate, which edges are bent towards the annular gap, axially symmetric to the central core central hole, throttle opening is made, and to the central core rigidly connected to the two-stage nozzle bushing upper cylindrical stage, external solid diffuser is coaxially attached, so, that the annular gap exit section was not blocked, connected to at least three radial channels made in the two-stage nozzle bushing.
EFFECT: increased dust collection process efficiency and reliability.
