SUBSTANCE: system for analysis of video content for a moving object is proposed, which includes a component for path detection and infrastructure control. The component for path detection and infrastructure control includes an auxiliary training component, a component for detection and determination of object location, and an obstacle detection component to analyze video data, audio data, vehicle data, weather data, route/manifest data to determine internal and/or external conditions related to the object. A system for obtainment and recording of data uploads data, information of an internal and/or external condition, information of object detection, information of object location, and information of obstacle detection to a remote memory module and provides stream transmission of video data in a real time mode to a remote user.

EFFECT: remote users can view data in different viewing modes by means of a web-browser or a virtual reality device, which provides a faster emergency reaction, check of repairment efficiency and route change, and control of operation and crew safety.
