FIELD: computer technology.

SUBSTANCE: method for processing, storing and transmitting data from at least one mobile object is disclosed, containing stages, in which: using a system of multimedia administration onboard of the mobile object, data is received based on at least one data signal from at least one of: at least one camera with 360-degree view; at least one fixed camera; and at least one microphone; the specified data is received using a data recording device onboard of the mobile object; received video- and/or audio-data is encoded using a data encoder of the data recording device based on the set minimal data volume; at least one of data and encoded data with the configurable first set frequency is stored in at least one local component of the memory of the data recording device using an onboard data administration device of the data recording device; using the onboard data administration device, encoded data is autonomously sent to a remote data administration device via a wireless communication line with the configurable second set frequency, while the second set frequency is in the range from one time per each tenth of a second to one time per a second, inclusively; encoded data is stored in remote data storage, using the remote data administration device.

EFFECT: technical result is providing for processing data from at least one mobile object.
