FIELD: cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technological processes of cleaning inner cavities of industrial devices, as well as contained in them catalysts in order to remove solid combustible deposits from their surface to restore their activity and can be used in oil, gas, oil and gas processing and other industries. Method for oxidative removal of solid combustible deposits from the inner cavity of the industrial device according to version 1 consists in the fact that before supplying the heated oxygen-containing gas into the inner cavity, the outer surface of the industrial device is cooled with steam to prevent overheating of the metal surface, and the amount of the heated oxygen-containing gas supplied to the inner cavity of the industrial device, consisting of a mixture of nitrogen with oxygen, is determined depending on the temperature of oxidation gases at the outlet of the inner cavity, which must not exceed the temperature limit of heated oxidation gases, which is 550 °C, wherein the end of the oxidation of solid combustible deposits in the inner cavity of the industrial device, when the supply of the heated gas mixture is stopped, is determined depending on the oxygen content in the oxidation gases at the outlet of the inner cavity of the industrial device, which must be equal to its content in oxygen-containing gas at inlet into inner cavity of industrial device, as well as at equalization of temperature of oxygen-containing gas at outlet of inner cavity of industrial device with temperature of heated oxygen-containing gas at its inlet, wherein oxidation gases discharged from industrial device are cleaned of harmful impurities prior to their release into atmosphere to ensure pH of 6.0-8.0. Method for oxidative removal of solid combustible deposits on the surface of a catalyst that is placed in the inner cavity of an industrial device, according to version 2, consists in that the oxygen-containing gas, consisting of a mixture of nitrogen with oxygen, is heated to the predetermined temperature of the beginning of oxidation of solid combustible deposits, and the amount of oxygen-containing gas supplied to the catalyst located in the inner cavity of the industrial device is determined depending on the temperature of oxidation gases at the outlet of it, which should not exceed the temperature limit of heated oxidation gases, which is 550 °C, wherein the end of the oxidation of solid combustible deposits on the catalyst surface is determined depending on the oxygen content in the oxidation gases at the outlet of the inner cavity of the industrial device, which should be equal to its content in the oxygen-containing gas at the inlet into the inner cavity, as well as at alignment of temperature of oxygen-containing gas at outlet of inner cavity of industrial device with temperature of heated oxygen-containing gas at its outlet, wherein oxidation gases discharged from industrial device are cleaned of harmful impurities prior to their release into atmosphere to ensure pH of 6.0-8.0.
EFFECT: removing solid combustible deposits from the inner cavity of an industrial device while completely avoiding overheating of the outer surface or the surface of the catalyst above the allowable limits in case of unforeseen temperature rise of oxidation gases.
