FIELD: ship technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of ship technology and relates to power hull structures, in particular the containment of the ship's reactor plant. The containment shell of the ship's reactor plant is a sealed steel case located above the metal-water protection tank, and consists of ribless panels, curved outward and having a cylindrical surface with a horizontal generatrix. On the rounding sections of deck cutouts between panels with a cylindrical surface, panels of double curvature are installed, each of which is a sector constituting 1/4 of the side surface of a circular barrel with a height equal to the distance between adjacent decks, with a diameter of the circumference of the barrel bases.
EFFECT: increase in the reliability and tightness of the containment shell of the reactor facility is achieved by significantly reducing the stress concentration.
