METHOD FOR PROTECTING THE BEARING SUPPORT STRUCTURE OF ABOVE-GROUND MAIN PIPELINE FROM THE IMPACT OF THE FORCES OF FROSTY HEAVING OF SOIL Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC E02D27/35

Abstract RU 2785329 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of construction, namely to support structures for individual bearing supports, erected or restored for the first time when performing repair and restoration work in weakly bearing soils or deep seasonal freezing of the soil using technical measures to protect against the effects of forces of frost heaving of the soil, and can be used in the design and construction of elevated main pipelines. A method for protecting the supporting structure of an elevated main pipeline from the effects of frost heaving forces of the soil includes the development of a trench in the areas of distribution of frozen subsidence soils, the development of excavations for the installation of supports and the installation of supports. A recess is dug, while taking into account the size of the base plate, then screw piles are installed, while the lower end of which descends to a depth that is outside the frost heaving zone, due to the installation of fixed screw piles, the main pipeline remains stationary. Further, at least two base plates are installed parallel to each other in the trench so that screw piles pass through the holes in them. Only the lower part of the base plate is installed in the trench, made in the form of a sharp edge, the optimal angle of which is calculated to achieve the effect of cutting expanded soil, with With the tip pointing downwards, the pre-sharp edge of the base plate is coated with several layers of plastic lubricants, which reduce soil heaving. A washer is threaded onto the base plate through the screw piles, at least four dampers are installed on top of it, made in the form of springs, which are compressed when the base plate is raised and unclenched when it is lowered, while the spring stiffness coefficient is calculated from the given dependence. Next, the channel is installed so that the upper end of the screw pile is in contact with the plane of the channel surface, a lodgement is installed on it, on which the main pipeline is laid and with the possibility of removal fixed on top with half-clamps.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing the stress-strain state of the pipeline.
