SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of intervertebral disc prostheses and their manufacturing methods. A biologically compatible supporting structure for an intervertebral disc prosthesis contains an annular element of biologically compatible material. At the same time, the specified annular element contains an inner surface of a wall, an outer surface of the wall, the first flat surface, and the second flat surface opposite to the first flat surface. The specified biologically compatible material is present in amount from 1% to 100 wt.% of the biologically compatible supporting structure. The specified annular element has at least one hole passing through from the outer surface of the wall to the inner surface of the wall and having an average size from 10±10% mcm to 10,000±10% mcm. A method for the manufacture of a biologically compatible supporting structure for an intervertebral disc prosthesis, a composition of an intervertebral disc prothesis, as well as a method for the manufacture of a composition of an intervertebral disc prosthesis are also disclosed.
