FIELD: fire protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the manufacture of fire and filling hoses based on a textile cover. In the method, a cover is woven in the form of a round-woven sleeve with a twill weave of threads. For this purpose, high-modulus complex polyester yarns of linear density 338-675 tex and high-strength polyamide yarns of linear density 90-140 tex are intertwined. High-modulus single-spun complex threads are used as lengthwise threads. The weft uses single-spun and multi-spun complex threads. The waterproofing layer is made in the form of outer and inner shells. The inner shell is created from styrene-butadiene thermoplastic elastomer by crushing, granulating and extruding on the forming head of the extruder at t =120÷130°C at a speed of 900÷4000 m/h and pulling inside the woven cover of the fire hose on a tape device.
EFFECT: increase in the strength, wear resistance and adhesive bond of the woven frame with internal and external coatings.
