FIELD: personal hygiene.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to systems and methods for distribution of light emitted by a source inside a case of a manual personal hygiene device. The manual device contains: a case; at least one light source located inside the case and made with the possibility of light emission in at least the first direction; an optical element containing an inner surface facing the specified at least one light source and an outer surface opposite to the inner surface, wherein the optical element is made with the possibility of light transmission from the light source; and a set of laser-induced modifications of shapes of surface, formed on the outer surface or inside the optical element and made with the possibility of change in light transmission through the optical element.

EFFECT: increase in uniformity of emission in conditions of limited space, addition of light-adapting laser-induced modifications of surface shapes in conditions of a limited space and flexibility of radiation modifications.
