FIELD: immunology.
SUBSTANCE: isolated nucleic acid molecule encoding a T-cell receptor (hereinafter – TCR) against peptide-MHC complexes, T-cells expressing TCR, and pharmaceutical compositions are proposed. Recombinant nucleic acid encodes TCR containing (a) a beta-chain construct containing CDR1-3 with amino acid sequences SEQ ID NO: 50-52, and (b) a TCR alpha-chain construct containing CDR1-3 with amino acid sequences SEQ ID NO: 47-49. Recombinant nucleic acid and T-cells containing it are suitable for the treatment of a disease or a condition related to G12V RAS mutation.
EFFECT: inventions provide high degree of specificity and efficiency of destruction of target cells with G12V RAS mutation.
