FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a polynucleotide encoding a TCR for integration into the constant region locus of the T-cell receptor alpha (TRAC) or the constant region locus of the T-cell receptor beta (TRBC) by means of homology-directed repair, as well as to vectors containing it and a cell. Also a method of obtaining a cell containing the above polynucleotide is disclosed. The invention also relates to a composition including a cell comprising a polynucleotide encoding a TCR for integration into a T-cell receptor alpha (TRAC) constant region locus or a T-cell receptor beta (TRBC) constant region locus.
EFFECT: invention is effective for the treatment of a disease or disorder associated with HPV16.
