FIELD: antenna technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antenna technology, in particular to transmitting and receiving antennas for irrotational scalar-longitudinal electromagnetic waves in the microwave range. The effect is achieved by the fact that a receiving-transmitting antenna is proposed, containing a source of a vortex transverse-vector electromagnetic field, a two-channel antenna-feeder path, consisting of segments of rectangular waveguides of the first and second channels of the feeder path, installed close to each other by narrow walls, while the waveguides made of the same cross section, characterized in that it contains an input two-channel three-dB power divider, a two-channel phase-shifting unit, a mode-polarization-impedance conversion unit, a synchronization unit, an interference field-wave symmetrizing overlay unit, a field-wave zero-vector summation unit, an aperture wave absorption unit, a block absorption of aperture transverse EMW, a monopole antenna.
EFFECT: creation of a monopole receiving-transmitting antenna, which converts the input vortex transverse-vector electromagnetic field of a wave of the TEM type into a radiated irrotational scalar-longitudinal electromagnetic field.
