SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture and can be used to protect productive animals from dipterous blood-sucking insects. The insecticidal-repellent composition contains an essential oil, an insecticide, distilled water, and additionally contains an extract of Lucilia Caesar larvae oil, peppermint essential oil as an essential oil, and transfluthrin as an insecticide in the following ratio, wt.%: Lucilia Caesar larvae oil extract - 2.5-12.5; mint essential oil - 0.1-0.5; transfluthrin - 0.1-0.5; distilled water - the rest.
EFFECT: insecticidal-repellent composition is environmentally friendly, has a reduced cumulative effect, and allows for a high immune response.
