SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for sampling in a gaseous state. A method for sampling for determination of concentrations of contaminants from consumption of nicotine-containing products, including nicotine, in the air of enclosed spaces is disclosed, consisting in sampling. Before sampling, a room is prepared, and participants of tests are chosen, while two ceiling and one window fans are installed in the room with an area of 15-20 m2, with ceiling height of 2.5-2.8 m, containing a window and a vestibule with an additional door.

EFFECT: invention provides expansion of functional capabilities of the known method – the use in real conditions of air sampling in an air medium with participation of a person, when studying nicotine-containing products.
