FIELD: sequencers.

SUBSTANCE: cartridge of a flow cell for systems of chemical and biological analysis contains: a microfluid plate containing the first fluid port and having a plate width. The first support bracket contains the first oil seal node, the first indicator element, and the second indicator element, wherein a fluid oil seal port of the first oil seal node is aligned with the first fluid port of the microfluid plate. A frame contains opposite sidewalls defining a hole, a fixing brace, and an overlapping area, opposite sidewalls define a hole width, wherein the hole width is greater than the plate width. The fixing brace is made with the possibility of fixation of the first support bracket in a side direction relatively to the frame. A section of the microfluid plate is located between the overlapping section of the frame and the first support bracket, wherein the microfluid plate is movable in a side direction relatively to the frame inside the specified hole.

EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of a cartridge of a flow cell.
