FIELD: sensor devices.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a sensor containing a flow cuvette, a detection device, and a controller. The flow cuvette contains a passivating layer with opposite surfaces and a reaction zone on the first of the specified opposite surfaces. The flow cuvette also contains a lid functionally connected to the passivating layer for partially defining a flow channel between the lid and the reaction zone. The detection device is in contact with the second of the specified opposite surfaces of the passivating layer and contains an embedded metal layer electrically isolated from another detection circuit in the detection device. The controller provides for grounding of the embedded metal layer.
EFFECT: obtaining a sensor with an integrated protection circuit.
