FIELD: means for clinical diagnosis.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device and method for fluids analysis. Fluid analysis device comprises a housing with a through hole, a microfluid channel, chambers which are arranged in series along the channel flow and aligned in parallel to each other, and a closed chamber located on the other terminal end of the channel. Microfluid channel has only one opening for introduction and extraction of fluid medium. Method involves movement of fluid from hole in first direction opposite to gravity, before reaching the first chamber, re-suspending the reagents into the liquid to form the target liquid, moving the liquid through the channel in a second direction opposite the first one, until reaching the second chamber, reacting re-suspended reactants in the target liquid with reagents, inside the second chamber, removing target liquid from the microfluid channel through a single opening of the microfluid channel. Channel can have branching to multiple channels, each of which is connected to corresponding first and second chambers.

EFFECT: providing the possibility of obtaining quantitative research results by performing multiplex analyzes and series of studies to combine sufficient data in order to obtain reliable conclusions.
