SUBSTANCE: inventions relates to biotechnology. A method for laboratory personalized diagnosis of the state of immunity of patients and a set of oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers, and fluorescently labeled probes, and standard samples are presented. Diagnostics is carried out using oligodeoxyribonucleotide primers and corresponding fluorescently labeled probes complementary to the regions of the detected fragments, as well as using standard plasmid DNA samples. The method includes a synthetic sequence representing nucleotide sequences corresponding to fragments of the target DNA molecules TREC, KREC and two reference normalization genes HPRT and RPP30, with spacers between them, with known concentrations. The isolated DNA is used for simultaneous amplification in the same container of target DNA molecule regions TREC, KREC and two reference normalization genes HPRT and RPP30. Determination of the level of TREC and KREC is carried out with normalization to the reference genes, while the "normalization factor" is calculated as the geometric or arithmetic mean of the value of all reference normalization genes. The conclusion about the state of immunity is made on the basis of normal or reduced levels of TREC and KREC.
EFFECT: expanding the arsenal of tools used to diagnose the state of immunity of patients.
