FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to a system for training adaptive mechanisms of a personality with biofeedback and sensorimotor stimulation. The system contains a converter of a physiological indicator into an electrical signal, an analysis and control unit, a unit for presenting an uncomfortable impact, a unit for presenting biofeedback signals, a device for sensorimotor stimulation, and a unit for registering physiological signals. The device for sensorimotor stimulation is a potter's wheel mounted on a swivel frame. The frame is made with the possibility of deflecting it by means of a servo drive by 30° from the horizon level. On the frame there is a potter's wheel speed sensor, a vibration motor and a brushless motor for transmitting rotation to the potter's wheel. On the base there is a frame, a servo drive, the main microcontroller control system, a sound reproducing device, a heating element with a fan. The physiological signal recording unit is a pulse recorder, a breathing recorder, a skin-galvanic reactions recorder and a microcontroller control system for these recorders placed on a person. Each recorder is a converter of a physiological indicator into an electrical signal. The analysis and control unit contains the main microcontroller control system of the device, the microcontroller control system of the recorders, the microcontroller control system of biofeedback, which are interconnected via wireless transceivers. The main microcontroller control system is equipped with a Bluetooth module for communication with an external computer and is connected to the elements of the block for presenting discomfort and the block for presenting biofeedback signals. The discomfort exposure unit includes a heating element with a fan, a vibration motor, a sound-reproducing device, a servo drive for changing the tilt angle of the swivel frame on which the potter's wheel is mounted, and a brushless motor that ensures the rotation of the potter's wheel, which are configured to turn on the stimulating signals they generate as separately each, and all at once or in various combinations at the same time. The biofeedback signal presentation unit is an LED strip with a microcontroller biofeedback control system. The block for presentation of biofeedback signals is placed on the surface of the potter's wheel, made with the possibility of light indication by changing the color on the LED line depending on the change in the values of physiological signals received through the microcontroller control system of the recorders of the physiological signals registration block. The microcontroller biofeedback control system is equipped with a program for selecting a physiological signal based on retrospective information stored in a personal computer on the results of the impact of each stimulating signal separately and combinations of stimulating signals on the human body.

EFFECT: training is provided for self-regulation of the psycho-emotional state and an increase in the adaptive mechanisms of the individual to stressful influences through the complex effect of stimulating signals of various modalities and sensorimotor stimulation using biofeedback based on the registration of several physiological indicators involved in the training - respiration, pulse and galvanic skin response, which provides a comprehensive involvement of the human body in training.
