METHOD FOR MINIMALLY INVASIVE INTRAUTERINE BYPASS OF LARGE CYSTS WITH COMPLICATED CYSTIC ADENOMATOUS LUNG DEFECT IN THE FETUS Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B8/08 A61M25/95

Abstract RU 2786327 C1

FIELD: health care.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to the field of obstetrics and fetal surgery. An intravenous catheter is placed for continuous tocolysis during surgery. The location of the fetus is determined using ultrasonic navigation. General anesthesia of the fetus is performed. An introducer is removed from a sterile package with ultrasonic control and general anesthesia and percutaneously injected into the cavity of a large cyst of fetal lungs. After that, the obturator is extracted from the introducer. The introducer is fixed in the working position with the fingers of the free hand. The next step is to insert a conductor with a stent "SDE-MED" 3Fr 49 mm into the introducer tube. The stent is extruded into the working area with an extruder. At the same time, the pigtail spiral is wrapped, which ensures its fixation. The introducer is removed, the stent is in the working position. The second pigtail restricts the movement of the stent from the side of the cavity. After the surgical manipulation, ultrasonic monitoring of the stent location, fetal heartbeat and blood flow in the umbilical artery is performed in the operating room. The next day after the operation, a second ultrasonic examination is performed, the condition of the fetus, the position of the stent, and the change in the size of the cystic formation in the lungs are evaluated.

EFFECT: present invention provides a method allowing stopping the manifestations of non-immune dropsy of the fetus while preserving the possibility of lung development, to prevent early neonatal mortality.
