SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods for the analysis of diesel fuel. The expected result is achieved by applying a model for forecasting the sulfur content in hydrotreated diesel fuel based on a polynomial regression model of arbitrary order with adjacent terms, the regressors of which are the mentioned process parameters, including: consumption R1 of raw materials per thread, boiling point R2 of 50% of raw materials at the entrance to the hydrotreating plant, boiling point R3 of 95% of raw materials at the entrance in the hydrotreating unit, the density R4 of raw materials at the entrance to the hydrotreating unit, the consumption R5 of raw materials for the hydrotreating unit, the flow rate R6 of the make-up hydrogen-containing gas (HCG) for the hydrotreating unit, the flow rate R7 of the circulating hydrogen-containing gas (CHSG) into the mixing tee, the flow rate R8 of diesel fuel (DF) at the outlet of the unit, the flow rate R9 of gasoline at the outlet of the unit, the flow rate R10 of light gas oil (LG) for the unit, the temperature R11 at the inlet to the reactor.
EFFECT: increase in the accuracy of forecasting the sulfur content in diesel fuel in real time without laboratory analysis.
