FIELD: computer engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention is aimed at increasing the accuracy of predicting the temperature of the combined feed at the inlet to the reactor of the diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit to reduce energy consumption. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the prediction of the temperature of the combined feed at the inlet to the reactor of the diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit is carried out using the first model of the temperature of the combined feed at the inlet to the reactor and an additional second model, where the input regressor "sulphur content in the diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit" is set to a predetermined fixed value. At the same time, both models are polynomial regression models of arbitrary order with adjacent terms, the regressors of which are the parameters of the technological process, including: the flow rate R1 of raw materials per thread, the density R4 of raw materials at the inlet to the hydrotreatment unit 11, the flow rate R7 of circulating hydrogen-containing gas in the mixing tee 15, flow rate R10 of light gas oil to unit 11, pressure R12 at the outlet of heating means 16, and sulphur content R13 in diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of predicting the temperature of the combined feed at the inlet to the reactor of the diesel fuel hydrotreatment unit to reduce energy consumption
