SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems and methods for the analysis of diesel fuel. The expected result is achieved by determining the rate of change of the linear approximation of the temperature of the gas-feed mixture (GFM) at the entrance to the reactor of the diesel fuel hydrotreating unit (DFHT), determined using the model of the temperature of the GFM at the entrance to the reactor. In this case, the model is a polynomial regression model of arbitrary order with adjacent terms, the regressors of which are the parameters of the technological process, including: the consumption R1 of raw materials per thread, the boiling point R2 of 50% of raw materials at the entrance to the DFHT unit 11, the boiling point R3 of 95% of raw materials at the entrance to the DFHT unit 11, the density R4 of raw materials at the at the entrance to the DFHT unit 11, the flow rate R7 of circulating hydrogen-containing gas into the mixing tee 15, the flow rate R9 of gasoline at the outlet of the unit 11, the flow rate R10 of light gas oil for the DFHT unit 11, the content R13 of sulfur in the DFHT, integral loading of Fsum.
EFFECT: increasing the accuracy of predicting changes in the activity of the catalyst in the diesel fuel purification plant in real time without laboratory analysis.
