FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a device for the treatment of chronic prostatitis. The device contains a microprocessor, a vacuum source, a control unit for the parameters of the rhythmic contraction of the muscles of the perineum (10). Control units (2) and indication units (3) are connected to the microprocessor (1). The vacuum source (4) consists of a vacuum pump (5) and a vacuum regulator (6) connected by means of vacuum tubes. One of the control inputs of the vacuum source is connected to the microprocessor, and the second - to the electrostimulator (7). One of the output terminals of the electrostimulator is connected to the conductive head of the catheter (8), and the other is connected to the electrode (9). The outlet of the vacuum regulator is connected to the catheter cavity in a main line. The conductive head of the catheter has holes. The input connector of the block for monitoring the parameters of the rhythmic contraction of the muscles of the perineum is designed to connect the sensor for recording muscle contractions (11). The output of the parameter control unit is connected to one of the inputs of the microprocessor. The electrostimulator consists of bipolar impulse burst generator (12) and a controlled pulse signal amplifier (13) connected in series. The output terminals of the pulse signal amplifier are the output terminals of the pacemaker. The output of the microprocessor and the unit for setting the electrical stimulation modes are connected to the control inputs of the bipolar impulse burst generator. The microprocessor is connected to the memory unit (14). Another output of the electrical stimulation modes setting block is connected to the control input of the pulse signal amplifier.
EFFECT: reduced time between aspiration and electrical stimulation due to means for objective control of pelvic floor muscle contraction and means for memorizing and reproducing an electrical stimulation mode individually selected for a particular patient.
