FIELD: composite materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of creating new devices based on carbon materials and their composites, in particular, the invention relates to the field of creating regenerable membranes for capturing aerosol particles. The proposed invention can be used to capture almost any aerosol particles, as well as for partial or complete removal of organic and inorganic substances. In particular, the invention can be used as structural elements of ultraviolet lithography (EUV lithography) and air purifiers from organic aerosol particles. A method for membrane regeneration based on carbon material is proposed, including: the use of a membrane made of carbon nanotubes with the possibility of electrical contacts, partial or complete removal of captured particles from the membrane by heating in vacuum at a temperature of 100-1800°C. At a temperature of 100-700°C and atmospheric air pressure. At a temperature of 100-1800°C in an inert environment.
EFFECT: proposed method is energy efficient and makes it possible to increase the service life of aerosol membranes and/or disinfecting the environment, as well as improve the operational characteristics of the devices of which they are components.
