FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to semiconductor hybrid structures for converting light radiation energy into electric energy and can be used in designing alternative energy sources. According to the invention, thin-film hybrid photoelectric converters (solar cells) are provided, having a n-i-p configuration provided by a layer containing single-layer carbon nanotubes (SLCNT), and a polymer having a hole conductivity and a layer containing hydrogenated amorphous silicon (α-Si:H) n- and i-type conductivity. Proposed hybrid solar cell consisting of series-applied layers: transparent substrate, conducting layer, layer of amorphous silicon of n-type conductivity, an amorphous silicon layer of i-type conductivity, a layer of a composite film consisting of SLCNT and PEDOT:PSS, and optionally a thin layer of polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), enables to obtain better current-voltage characteristics of films obtained from compositions according to the present invention.

EFFECT: application of film containing SLCNT and polymer with hole conductivity to surface of other semiconductor reduces reflection coefficient, wherein the hybrid photoelectric elements containing the protective layer, demonstrate reduction in reflection of approximately 4,5 % in the visible range and have improved efficiency and stability (operational characteristics).
