FIELD: agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves feeding an organic waste, separation of rough impurities, mixing with sorbent and aeration of the obtained mass. Before fermentation mass is bagged in the separate capacities which were fitted in fermentation zone for some vertical and horizontal directions. Mass is aerated periodically in equal time intervals, from bottom to top for each capacity at initial temperature that provides start mass heating. At mixing an organic waste with sorbent the latter is taken at concentration 10-30% of total mass volume. EFFECT: improved method of producing. 3 cl, 1 tbl
