SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multilayered marker compositions and provides compositions, methods, and systems for identification of marked hydrocarbon liquids. A method for identification of hydrocarbon liquid contains a marker for gas chromatography, including pyrrolidinone, wherein the method includes: introduction of a sample of hydrocarbon liquid into a system for gas chromatography to obtain thereby a report on results of gas-chromatographic analysis of the sample, and identification of the presence of pyrrolidinone in hydrocarbon liquid, using the report on results of gas-chromatographic analysis.
EFFECT: obtainment of marker compositions.
