FIELD: fishing and fish farming.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to feedstuff industry and can be used in production lines of feedstuff for valuable fish species, shrimps etc. Line contains hoppers for storage of legumes, bins for storage of wastes of fat-and-oil industry, bins for storage of protein products, bins for storage of vegetable oil, bins for storage of fish oil, bins for storage of a small fraction of a combined feed, bins for storage of mineral raw material, bins for storage of therapeutic preparations with rotary batchers installed in their lower part. Line also comprises a crusher, a separator, a mixer, a stewing machine, an extruder, a drier, a device for vacuum spraying of oil and fat components with nozzles, a cooler, a container for mixing fat-and-oil components, equipped with a blade mixer, a cyclone-discharger, a granulator for creation of granulated medical and preventive feedstuffs from the main fodder raw material, with application of mineral raw material and medical preparations, a packing automatic device, a fan, a pump, a calorifier. Line operates in closed cycle of steam recirculation, where steam is heated by superheater and moved by pump.

EFFECT: invention usage allows to expand range of produced feedstuffs of specified feed capacity adapted for aquaculture, as well as to increase efficiency of feedstuffs by controlling its physical and mechanical properties.
