FIELD: woodworking industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the woodworking industry, in particular to sawmill equipment. The cutting unit of the circular saw contains an axle with bearings, support flanges, a circular saw, and a direct non-contact linear electric drive of the saw. The flanges on the side of the end surface are equipped with annular spring washers with petal elastic elements located radially and evenly along the outer circumference of the washer.
EFFECT: invention improves the dynamic stability of the circular saw, increases the reliability of the cutting unit.
