FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in devices for differential diagnosis of thermal lesions of the human skin, such as burns, frostbite. The effect is achieved by introducing blocks into the device that carry out diagnostics using active IR sensing. The blocks are located on the same optical axis at an angle of 45° to the patient's skin. This is an IR laser diode, an optical unit, which includes a condenser, a collimator, and a line of N IR photodetectors, installed at a reflection angle of 45° from the studied skin, an antialiasing filter, a pulse counter, a single vibrator, and a mode controller, which allows you to monitor screen to get a picture of the depth of thermal damage to the skin.
EFFECT: creation of a device that allows diagnosing the depth of thermal damage in relation to a healthy area of the human skin with differentiation along the IR sensing line, which makes it possible to record and visualize the relative depth of thermal damage to human skin.
