FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to X-ray endovascular methods for the treatment of occlusive-stenotic lesions of the brachiocephalic trunk. The filtering protective device is installed from access through the arteries of the right upper limb into the right common carotid artery, and into the left common carotid artery from access through the common femoral artery. Then, angioplasty and stenting of the brachiocephalic trunk are carried out, while the instruments are delivered to the brachiocephalic trunk from accesses through the arteries of the right upper limb or from the femoral access.
EFFECT: method allows to reduce the risk of embolic complications during angioplasty and stenting of the brachiocephalic trunk.
