FIELD: gas treatment. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at purifying gases from chemical and fuel-and-energy processes as well as vehicle gas exhausts to reduce emission of nitrogen oxides and incomplete-combustion products into atmosphere. Gas is treated in two steps on block high-porosity catalysts: gas is first oxidized on perovskite-based oxide catalyst and then reduced on catalyst based on modified zeolite while simultaneously adding water- soluble NH-containing reducing agents.
