FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: method relates to mining, in particular to the development of deposits by an open method and the restoration of areas disturbed by open mining, and can be used in the extraction of minerals and the reclamation of rock round dumps. The method for formation of a round rock dump with an environmentally friendly direction includes the implementation of a pioneer dump embankment within the boundaries of a round dump, formed bifurcated along the dump boundary on the left and right towards each other to the full design height of the tier, with the simultaneous formation of reclamation along the perimeter of the outer slope of the rock dump under tiers 5- 7 m with slope angles in the range of 18-22°, with a slope of horizontal platforms towards the body of the dump, covered with a fertile soil layer, overburden intake of the quarry. When connecting the opposite boundary dump fronts of the tier, a dump embankment is performed with the development of the front of dump operations to the center of the designed body of the round dump. The process is repeated when forming the next tiers of the dump up. A pioneer dump embankment within the boundaries of a round dump is formed bifurcated along the dump boundary on the left and right towards each other to the full design height of the tier and is performed with the development of the front of dump operations to the center of the dump body with the location of the axis of the entrance embankment of the round dump, parallel to the axis of the wind rose vectors with a maximum the value of the wind regime in a given place according to long-term observations. Reception of overburden rocks of a quarry is carried out in the mode of passing dumping in the direction of the wind at the current moment, with the development of sectors of the front of dump operations to the center of the dump along the directions of the wind rose vectors in proportion to their length. A settling and quenching turbulent component of the dusting flow is formed inside the dumped slope of the round dump front tier.
EFFECT: increasing the environmental efficiency of the dumped rock round dump.
