DEVICE OF POWDER PRESSURE GENERATOR Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC E21B43/263

Abstract RU 2787548 C1

FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: device of a powder pressure generator for gas-dynamic impact on a reservoir includes powder charges 1, wherein one or more powder charges are ignitable, from which main powder charges are ignited, and equipment for tightening and preloading powder charges 1 close to each other. Equipment includes composite rod 2 made of material allowing for maintenance of integrity under the impact of mechanical and thermal loads during descent and ascent of the device and during its combustion, consisting of composite bearing part 3 of rod 2 and upper 4 and lower 5 connecting parts of rod 2, connected to ends of composite bearing part 3 by means of couplings 12 and 13 of a streamlined shape for tightening and preloading powder charges 1 close to each other. Composite bearing part 3 of the rod is passed through diffuser 7 to divert a gas flow formed during combustion of powder charges through a central channel of each powder charge 1, through linear expansion compensator 8 of powder charges 1 at high temperatures in a well. An upper end of upper composite part 4 of rod 2 is connected to geophysical cable 10, and a lower end of lower composite part 5 of rod 2 is connected to electronic unit 11 for measurement of characteristics of an operating mode of powder charges 1 and a reaction of a bottomhole zone to a gas dynamic effect. Additional lower linear expansion compensator 9 is installed between lower coupling 13 and diffuser 7 to divert the gas flow formed during combustion of charges. Additional upper diffuser 6 is installed between powder charges 1 and upper linear expansion compensator 8 to divert the gas flow formed during combustion of powder charges.

EFFECT: safety and reliability in operation of a device, intensification of oil production.
