SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of energy, namely to gas turbine power plants with several gas turbine units and methods for their control. A gas turbine power plant includes gas turbine units (1, 2, 3), each of which consists of a combustion chamber (6), a device (9) for supplying fuel to the combustion chamber (6), a compressor (5), a turbine (7), a turbogenerator (8). Each of the fuel supply devices (9) and turbogenerators (8) are connected to a control unit (4) configured to control the operation of each gas turbine unit (1, 2, 3). At least one gas turbine plant (1) includes a recuperator (10), one inlet of which is connected to the outlet of the combustion chamber (6) and one outlet of which is connected to the inlet of the turbine (7), and the other inlet of the recuperator (10) is connected to the outlet of the turbine (7), in addition, the power plant includes at least one storage battery (11) and an energy conversion system (12) configured to convert and transfer the electrical energy generated by the turbogenerators (8) to an external network (13) and/or at least one battery (11). A method for controlling a gas turbine power plant is also disclosed.

EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of the power plant by ensuring the optimal mode of operation of each gas turbine unit.
